We knew our project was small in comparison but were very new to this and weren't sure where to start. Tom has surpassed our expectations. He designed a loft conversion and wraparound extension with several clever features that we love. The design process was seamless and it was clear he spent time and energy incorporating our brief into the initial designs.

The drawings were neat and illustrative and we loved the images he created for choosing different finishes for the outside of the house. The package submitted for planning approval was high quality and went into great depth.

Even after our designs were completed and approved he still followed up to inform us of building regulations changes that could affect the project. Tom designed our ground floor extension and re-modelling project last year.  I was really impressed with him from start to finish.  After an initial consultation he gave us some great design ideas that we had not previously thought of, and then visited us a couple of times to talk through and finalise the plans. 

He then dealt with the whole planning application process on our behalf.   He checked in with us regularly and was always happy to answer my questions.  He made the whole process easy and I would not hesitate in recommending him to others

We employed Tom to design a dining room extension come garden room. We were
particularly impressed by his use of 3D virtual reality technology which greatly
assisted in the positioning of a side window, giving further views of the garden. I had
thought that the window would be of marginal benefit, but the VR experience clearly demonstrated that was not the case. A clear set of detailed drawings enabled us to
obtain both planning and building regulation approval, while our contractors were
able to progress the work without any delays. A first class experience, highly
recommended.
