Extension to a leading performing arts teaching facility on a prominent and challenging urban site in Central London. Sandwiched between the A4 Hammersmith Flyover and a London tube line cutting, the multi-functional building was partly built on acoustic dampers with super insulation to block out the sounds and vibrations of cars and trains. Tom co-led the detailed design of the project at tender and construction stage, whilst working at Niall McLaughlin Architects in London.
