We were approached by a lady who is fed up of the rat race and dreams of living a simpler more sustainable way of life at relatively low cost. The project aims to comply with the One Planet development initiative in Wales.

Constructed out of four single use shipping containers fixed together for maximum efficiency. Energy saving solutions include super insulation, airtight construction, sustainably sourced British timber cladding, photovoltaic roof panels and greywater harvesting. A planner friendly pitched truss roof provides additional storage and the whole building is clad in UK sourced sustainably managed timber.
