Taking on the project post planning, it involves the conversion of an outdated and redundant office block in Stockport and transforms it into a high-quality build-to-rent conversion scheme, to help meet local housing targets.

The use of embodied energy is minimised by reusing the robust concrete frame of the building whilst allowing full flexibility for the internal layouts.
